Everything about our stay was superb. The staff in particular were extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent - freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Helen Darroze restaurant was just sublime - the food AND the amazing Service from the team.

Perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to help us any which way they could. The food was amazing in the Connught Grill and the Red Room was such a nice chilled private bar! Breakfast was also 10/10 oh and the bed was one of the best we’ve ever slept in!

The whole stay was exceptional, from checking in, to the surprise drinks provided to celebrate our anniversary, the fantastic staff in the bars and the Helene Darroze restaurant was absolutely incredible

Despite using booking.com to get a very good room rate we were upgraded . The room, bars and restaurants were all fantastic with wonderful staff .
